Job Responsibilities:

- Organize the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Presidential Decrees and Orders, decisions of the Supreme Assembly and the Cabinet of Ministers in the fields of education, healthcare, and personnel training, decisions of the SamDU Urgut Branch Council, and orders and directives of the Director of the SamDU Urgut Branch.

- Organize activities in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the "Office of Affairs," and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the "Administrative and Economic Department."

- Coordinate and manage the activities of departments subordinate to the Head of the Office of Affairs at the SamDU Urgut Branch.

- Organize the use of modern educational technologies to implement the tasks outlined in the Law on Education, the National Program for Personnel Training, and other education-related laws at the SamDU Urgut Branch. Additionally, contribute suggestions to the Director on ongoing and capital repairs of buildings, classrooms, lecture halls, and laboratories.

- Identify and analyze the needs for material assets, technical tools, and fuel-lubricant materials at the SamDU Urgut Branch, and submit proposals for their purchase to the Director.

- Develop and implement measures to ensure occupational safety, prevent emergencies, and provide technical and fire safety at the SamDU Urgut Branch.

- Take disciplinary actions against employees who violate labor and execution discipline in the departments under the Office of Affairs, and propose termination of labor contracts with them to the Director.

- Strengthen the material and technical base of the SamDU Urgut Branch, and organize and implement landscaping and beautification activities for its territory, buildings, and structures.

- Ensure the stable operation of utility services (water, electricity, heating, etc.) at the SamDU Urgut Branch, its buildings, and student dormitories.

- Organize and monitor the activities of auxiliary services and cultural leisure facilities at the SamDU Urgut Branch.

- Ensure the smooth functioning of economic activities at the SamDU Urgut Branch, including fulfilling the plans for the disposal of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and paper waste.

- Organize the preparation of SamDU Urgut Branch buildings and student dormitories for the autumn-winter season by developing and implementing action plans.

- Organize and monitor the creation of duty rosters for the technical and housekeeping staff          at all SamDU Urgut Branch buildings and student dormitories.

- Analyze reports on economic and management activities at the SamDU Urgut Branch and ensure their timely submission to the relevant higher authorities.

- Conduct oral receptions for individuals and legal entities according to the schedule approved by the Director of the SamDU Urgut Branch and review their applications.
